About Me
Sadie Maldonado is an upcoming senior attending Harlingen High School South. She first discovered her passion for lighting, lighting design, and theatre at the Harlingen Performing Arts Center, where she is part of the Technical Theatre Track in the Award Winning, Harlingen Performing Arts Conservatory. She is well known for being a Majestic Empire Foundation Scholarship Recipient, a two time Palm Award nominee and winner for best lighting execution, and a two time State Champion for One Act Play along with her team as a lighting technician for the past three years. Sadie has also worked in numerous jobs from audio and mics, to stage management, to concerts such as Metallica’s M72 World Tour. She is passionate about refining her skills, and is eager to continue growing in such a dynamic and inspiring environment.
